Hi! Today I wanted to share pictures of an album I am preparing for my first grandson: Francisco. Aside from the work I do manually when I design my pages, you'll probably notice I use my computer quite a lot, specially to print texts and images which I then use to decorate my layouts. I don't use design programs (I wouldn't know how to!!). Simply Word and Excel and plenty of fonts I download from the internet
In the layout below, I put togeteher the background layering an assortment of matching coloured papers on which I printed question marks. I was trying to indicate the question the parents were facing when having to choose between the varied names. The peacock is a letter from a font called DBZoobies
This is a double page layout with the evolution of my daughter's pregnancy
In this layout, I sewed together two pages to make an envelope in which I placed a letter which was very sifgnificant to my daughter. In the bottom right hand corner I hid another envelope beneath the photograph in which I placed a slip of paper the kids had used to jot down the time between contractions!
